Join Dr. Madeline Ann Lewis in a conversation with Helen Robinson, Founder of "Diva On A Dollar." Helen is the founder of a project called “Diva on a Dollar”, a money management workshop program that helps to educate low-income families or anyone interested in learning about cost-effective ways to manage their financial resources. Helen has currently added a new offering called “Slam the Scam” a program that will help people avoid scams that are targeted toward the elderly and the entire population in general. She will soon be partnering with Prince George’s Community College’s Financial Empowerment Center to assist as a Financial Counselor. Helen also works part-time with the ARC of Prince George’s County as a Trainer and Community Companion a position she has held for the last 17 years.
